ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our items are shipped from.

Eternal Bloom re-evaluates its shipping materials by addressing both the nature and quantity of the materials used and the concept of reusability.
The box used for shipping is made from recycled cardboard. The inside is lined with a simple box in lightweight, white cardboard, 40% PCW, from post-consumer waste.
Inside, the garments are packaged in re-usable R-PET fabric bags: R-PET is made from 100% PCW, post-consumer waste recycled PET plastic.
RETURNS
WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCTS.
HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN.
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN ADDRESS AND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
A RETURN FEE OF $6.00 plus Sales Tax on this fee (where applicable) will simply be deducted from your refund.

- ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- ALL ITEMS MUST ALSO HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.'
WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURN.
